Returns Policy


We are unable to accept back any leftover returns unless our warehouse has the same batch available. To enquire about returning a product to our warehouse please call the office on 01562 741145. Goods will need to be returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date and only full boxes will be accepted. Original delivery costs will not be refunded and return delivery costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Damages / Incorrect Delivery

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform us within 2 working days from delivery. We will endeavour to send replacements/issue a refund as quickly as possible. It is imperative that goods are checked when delivered to avoid any wrong tiles being installed. As is standard practice Silver Lion can not be held responsible once the tiles have been installed.

Special Orders

Items that have been specially ordered for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for a refund. To see some of our bespoke tiles ordered for other projects take a look at our Projects page.
